A former surface and underground asbestos mine located in sec. 13, T2S, R12E, on the western foot of Apache Leap, about 3½ miles SSE of Superior. Owned by Pat Foley of Arizona (1958). Mineralization is asbestos in Paleozoic sedimentary rocks.
